I played 4 years Division 1 baseball at Fresno State from 2000-2003, am a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, where I hold a Corrective Exercise Specialist certification (CES), certified as a Youth Conditioning Specialist through the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA) Yoga certified through Yogafit, certified FMS (Functional Muscle Screening), and a member of the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA).
